Language Barriers
Languages of different cultures as well as their linguistic
ability may differ which could result in it acting as a barriers to
communication.
Language barriers is a phrase that is used primarily to
indicate the difficulty faced by people who do not have any language in common
and their attempt to communicate with each other results in a failure. A lot of
time even is the communication takes place in the same language, the
terminology used in the message may act as a barrier to effective
communication. As the person receiving the message may not understand what the
message is trying to convey. Example such as use of technical jargon and
abbreviations that the other person might not understand can affect the
communication.
Psychological
Barriers
The psychological state of the person communicating the will
has a huge impact on how the message is sent, received by the person and how
he/she will interpret it.
For example, if the person who is receiving the message is
not in a correct state of mind as he/she are troubled due to some of their own
personal problems they may not get the importance of the message which could result
in it becoming a problem. Thus, it is important for individuals to administer
their stress so that it does not hinder the communication.
Rage is another factor that has a huge impact on a person’s
psychological state. It affects how a person thinking and does thinks. Rage can
affect how the person delivers or receives the message.
All the more for the most part individuals with low
self-regard may be less self-assured and hence may not feel good imparting – as
a result they could feel bashful about what they feel and may find negative
things written in the message.
Physical Barriers
This is tangible obstruction that between the receiver and
the sender.
Communication is usually easier when the distance between
the sender and the receiver is minimum, it is easier because there are less
channels of communication which reduces the risk of the message changing a lot.
As we all know that now-a-days due to the new and advanced technology it is
easier to send and receive the messages and the message also does not face any
changes in its way from the sender to the receiver.
