Systematic Barriers
Deliberate boundaries to communication exist in organizations in which the structure and the role of each and every individual
is not clear. As the role of each person is not known or not clear the message
send by the sender could end up being received by the wrong person or the
content of the message could very well be changed.
Attitudinal Barriers
Attitudinal obstructions are the observations as well as the
nature and personality of individuals that keeps them from delivering the
message successfully.
Attitudinal obstructions to communication is mainly due to
people with similar identities do not wish to corporate with each other, or
there is a problem in the way the administration work on things or the people
in the organization do not welcome new changes in the company and there is an
absence of inspiration. Compelling beneficiaries of the message have to change their
own attitude if they wish to insure any change in the organization.
